It was such a joy to photograph Bonnie and Mark in their journey towards parenthood. When Bonnie was close to full-term, we started out with a maternity session and the love and laughter between her and Mark is infectious. Not too long after, they welcomed beautiful little Adaline into the world. Some of my favorite parts about photographing newborns with first-time parents is capturing that intense, overwhelming, head-over-heels love. Anyone who’s ever had a child knows what I’m talking about. It’s that love that, when you look at your baby, the wind is almost knocked out of you and you never knew you were capable of loving someone just. so. much. Bonnie and Mark: Thank you for inviting me to document your baby’s first year. You two are wonderful people and parents.
