I adore this family. Three years ago, Jacob’s mom Joanna booked us for this event and it’s been amazing to get to know the entire bunch: grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins…and they are all simply lovely people. What I love most about them is the big, passionate, unabashed love everyone demonstrates for each other. It seems like they just bring the party with them wherever they go. This was the first bar mitzvah that we’ve either attended or photographed, and it was amazing. There were so many beautiful, emotion-filled moments that we were so blessed to be able to witness and document. Not to mention that Jon and Joanna know how to throw a wicked good party. MC’d by the insanely fun Star Trax, this party did. not. stop. for the entire night. The music, the lights, the stage, and the set-up was incredible. The look and feel of the room designed by Gail Ball Events was unreal. And to top it all off, there was a surprise performance by Flight Crew: the official Detroit Pistons half-time entertainers. The whole event was pretty much off the chain. Honestly though, what made it the most special was the geniune love and affection of Jacob and his family. Jon, Joanna, Aria and Jacob: We are so glad you have come into our family of clients. You guys are absolutely wonderful.
