It was summer solstice, the longest day of the year, when I photographed the darling Cristiano for his 1 year portraits. He was an absolute delight to work with: big blue eyes, charming smile, easy-going temperament…and all around doll. It was simple to see where he got all of those wonderful qualities: his mom and dad, Alecia and Dominic. I actually met them in a Beaumont parenting group (which I was only able to attend once because of my crazy schedule with baby and work!) One thing led to another and before long, Cristiano was 1 year old and I was photographing him. There were so many awesome moments during the shoot, so many favorite shots. Each one of these images deserves to stand on their own, so I didn’t arrange them in any sort of grid or grouping below. Alecia and Dominic: Thank you for allowing me to photograph your darling baby boy! You guys were so much fun to work with and I hope to have many more opportunities to photograph him and your growing family in the years to come.
